Source of truth for every Method 8 surface. Light-mode-first, slate-on-white, Inter at 400/500/600, with soft pastel icon chips on stat cards as the only chromatic accent. Pull tokens from colors_and_type.css and start from the closest existing kit — don't re-derive the system from scratch.
