Allow collaboration
Turn on collaborative completion for this module. Once enabled, the primary completer (and admins) can invite teammates.
Multi-person completion
Multiple people can edit the same module simultaneously. Live presence, conflict resolution and per-person attribution are enabled.
Show "working on behalf of" attribution
Collaborators see a banner reminding them their work is attributed to the primary completer. Recommended for audit trails.
Auto-add the primary completer's manager as a collaborator
When enabled, the manager (per the org chart) is automatically added with View access.

When should the primary completer be alerted to collaborator activity?
Notify on conflicting saves
If two people edit the same field and produce a conflict, the owner is emailed with a link to resolve.
Daily digest of collaborator changes
A morning email summarising who edited what, including new findings and action drafts.
